Recipe: Beer Can Chicken

Rubbing the chicken with canola oil, salt, pepper and BBQ sauce. Next is the best part, you have to drink half the beer so it doesn’t boil over onto the grill. Cut the top off the beer can to allow the liquid to fully steam into the chicken while cooking.

Let the marinated chicken sits for few hours so the flavor can get into the meat. Then pop that baby upright onto the contraption and put it on the grill. 

 Use Medium or Low to cook at least one hour until the skin turns crispy. 

Enjoy!

Tips: feel free to change the beer or any other flavors you like. Scotch would be nice too!
